Any Account found to have been created by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all wagering activity voided, and any remaining deposit balance returned to the original payment method after deduction of administrative costs where applicable.

The creation of multiple Accounts by the same person — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or other identifying information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated Funds.
You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration and to promptly update your Account details if any information changes. jil16 is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by you, including failed withdrawals caused by incorrect payment details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account access with any third party. jil16 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
You must notify jil16 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. jil16 reserves the right to suspend an Account pending investigation of any reported security concern.
jil16 is required under PAGCOR compliance guidelines and applicable anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing withdrawal transactions. The KYC process requires you to submit, at minimum:
jil16 may request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing compliance monitoring, including proof of source of funds for high-value transactions. Failure to provide required documentation within a reasonable period — not less than seven (7) calendar days from the request — may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

jil16 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, GrabPay, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) and ₱500 for bank transfer methods. Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jil16 does not impose deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method in the verified name of the Account holder. You may not withdraw to a payment account belonging to a third party. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallet methods and ₱500 for bank transfers. jil16 processes withdrawal requests for verified Accounts within the following target timeframes: GCash and Maya within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) same business day during banking hours. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees; processing times may be extended due to payment provider delays, compliance review requirements, or technical issues beyond jil16's reasonable control.
jil16 reserves the right to require that a minimum amount equal to your deposit has been wagered at least once before a withdrawal is processed on a new Account. Any deposit made via a specific payment method may, at jil16's discretion, be required to be withdrawn via the same method before alternative withdrawal channels are made available. Any suspicious or potentially fraudulent deposit activity will result in a hold on withdrawal requests pending investigation.
An Account that has not been logged into for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. jil16 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee not exceeding ₱200 per month on dormant Accounts with a positive balance, following written notice to your registered email address. Accounts dormant for thirty-six (36) months with no response may be closed and any remaining balance forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

All content published on the jil16 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of jil16 or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jil16 Platform strictly for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not include:
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jil16 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if jil16 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jil16's total cumulative liability to you for any direct damages arising from any single incident shall not exceed the total amount of Funds in your Account balance at the time the incident occurred. jil16 does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
The jil16 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jil16 makes reasonable efforts to ensure Platform availability and game integrity, we do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jil16 Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and jil16 for a period of not less than thirty (30) calendar days from the date written notice of the dispute is received by jil16.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause prevents jil16 from seeking injunctive or other urgent relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
jil16 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Account holders via email to their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the jil16 Platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the jil16 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting support.
